RETURNS

Returns may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and unworn

• Products must be returned in original packaging

 

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item.

REFUND PROCESS

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within several business days after inspection.
